Splenda Shop offers a variety of shipping methods for your convenience. Shipping and handling fees are calculated by factoring in the value and weight of the product and the shipping method you are requesting.
What is your product availability? Why are things listed “Out of Stock”?
We consistently strive to bring you the sweetest products available and make great new items available to you. From time to time we are out of stock on an item you are looking for. If you cannot find a product you are looking for please browse around and see if there is an item in stock that may be a better fit.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
Sales tax will be collected on applicable orders. Tax rates are subject to change at anytime and will be based on your shipping destination’s zip code. Sales tax will be applied at checkout for required states.
Can I change my order after it’s placed?
Please be aware that once your order has reached a certain point in the fulfillment process, we may not be able to make changes or cancel your order.
How do I return my order?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may ship back the item(s) in 30 days. To process your return quicker, please include the following in your return package:
- Order number and/or a copy of the packing slip
- Written reason for your return
- All items must be returned in original, unused condition with original tags and packaging
